4D Climate Solutions ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Lesotho, operates the YeboSell platform accessible at yebosell.com ("Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.

2.1 Information You Provide
- Seller Account Information: Business name, phone number, PIN (stored securely hashed), and preferred language.
- Product Information: Product names, descriptions, prices, photos, variants, and inventory data.
- Customer Order Information: Customer name, phone number, delivery address, delivery method, payment method, and order details.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- WhatsApp Data: When you interact with our Service via WhatsApp, we receive your WhatsApp phone number, message content, and message metadata as provided by the Meta WhatsApp Business Platform.
- Usage Data: Browser type, device information, and pages visited within the Service.
2.3 Information from Third Parties
- Meta/WhatsApp: We receive webhook notifications from the Meta WhatsApp Business API related to message delivery status and incoming customer messages.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the YeboSell platform
- Process and fulfil customer orders
- Send order confirmations, status updates, and payment receipts via WhatsApp
- Enable communication between sellers and buyers
- Manage inventory and product catalogues
- Improve and develop the Service
- Comply with legal obligations
4. WhatsApp Business Platform
Our Service integrates with the Meta WhatsApp Business Platform to facilitate communication between sellers and their customers. When using this integration:
- Messages are sent and received through Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API
- Message content is processed to facilitate order management and customer communication
- WhatsApp phone numbers are used solely for the purpose of order-related communication
- We do not sell or share WhatsApp data with third parties for advertising purposes
Your use of WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp's own Privacy Policy.
5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We may share your information in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: We use Supabase (database and authentication), Cloudflare (hosting), and Meta WhatsApp Business API (messaging) to operate the Service.
- Sellers and Buyers: Order information is shared between sellers and their customers to facilitate transactions.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal requests.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
6. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase's cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information, including:
- Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
- Hashed authentication credentials
- Row-level security policies on database tables
- Regular security reviews
While we strive to protect your information, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Order records are retained for a reasonable period for business and legal purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 9).

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

Upon receiving a valid deletion request, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

The Service is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
