How YeboGo works
Four steps from checkout to your door.
Choose YeboGo at checkout
Pick your area. The delivery fee is added to your total before you pay.
Pay the store
Pay as usual (EcoCash, M-Pesa or bank). The store confirms your payment, then packs your parcel.
A driver collects it
The store gives the driver its pickup code. You get an SMS with the driver's name and your delivery code.
You receive it
Check your parcel, then give the driver your delivery code. That confirms the delivery.
Two codes keep your parcel safe
Every YeboGo delivery has two secret 4-digit codes, so a parcel only changes hands with the right person.
Pickup code: store to driver
Only the store has it. The store gives it to the driver when it hands over your parcel. That proves a real YeboGo driver collected it.
Delivery code: you to driver
Only you have it, by SMS and on your tracking page. Give it to the driver only once the parcel is in your hands. That confirms the delivery.

Help your driver find you
For buyers
- Describe the spot at checkout, for example “blue gate opposite Sefika school”.
- Tap Share my delivery location on your tracking page while you're at the delivery spot. The driver's map then takes them straight to you.
- Keep your phone on. The driver may call when they're close.
For sellers
- You don't have to deliver. A YeboGo courier collects from your shop.
- When the parcel is packed, mark the order Ready for Delivery. The courier gets the job straight away, and you get a pickup PIN by SMS.
- Nothing to pay up front: the YeboGo fee your buyer paid is added to your YeboSell balance after delivery, and you settle it with your sales fees.
- Save your shop's location in Settings so drivers can find you easily.
- Give the driver your pickup code only when you hand over the parcel.

Questions
What if I'm not home when the driver comes?
The driver reports it and the courier tries again, usually on the next run. Your delivery code stays the same. If a delivery really can't be completed, the parcel goes back to the store, and the store or YeboSell contacts you to rebook or refund.
Can I pay the driver in cash?
No. YeboGo drivers never collect money. You pay the store before delivery, and the delivery fee is part of your order total.
How long does delivery take?
Most areas get their parcel the next working day after the store packs it. The time for each zone is shown above and at checkout.
My area isn't listed. Can I still order?
YeboGo is growing zone by zone around Maseru. If your area isn't covered yet, YeboGo stores can't deliver there for now. Check back soon, or message us and tell us where you are.
Who are the drivers?
YeboGo is run by YeboSell with local courier partners. Every collection and delivery is recorded with its code, so we know who had your parcel at each step.
How do I track my parcel?
Use the tracking link you got when you ordered, or open Track order. It shows each step, the driver's name and phone, and your delivery code while the parcel is on the way.
